Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 1 pm on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 10 am on the day of departure. Please telephone us if you are going to arrive after 6.30 pm.
Room reservation
To reserve a room we ask you to send written confirmation as well as a prepayment of € 100 per room by bank transfer or credit card (we require your card number and expiry date). Please note that we cannot cover any other expenses incurred.

Cancellation policy
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: no charge
- Fewer than 4 weeks before arrival: you pay 70% of the booking.
- In case of early departure you will be charged for 3 days.
Cancellation insurance
Sometimes the unexpected happens, causing disruption to your plans. Should you arrive late, be forced to leave early or to cancel your entire booking, any cancellation costs incurred may be passed on to you under EU regulations. To avoid incurring charges in such a situation, we advise you to take out our cancellation insurance policy: for just 2.50 Euros per guest per day booked you are insured against cancellation charges in case of illness, accidental injury or death (including parents, siblings or children). We would, of course, require written confirmation.

Dogs
Dogs permitted only by prior arrangement. All dogs are barred from the dining and wellness areas. Guests with dogs are requested to bring a blanket.
Payment methods
We recommend payment by cash or cash card. Payment by VISA or MasterCard is also accepted. Please note that AMEX and Diners cards are not accepted.

Unfortunately we are unable to confirm your room or floor number in advance.
